Do you provide leftover food after an event?

Leftover food items are not available for takeout after an event unless arranged with us and containers are provided.
We are not responsible for ensuring safe food handling procedures after catered goods are removed from our custody.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking your event. It is non-refundable except in certain circumstances.

 

How can I pay for my event?

We accept Interac E-Transfer, cash, certified cheques, debit or credit cards.
Half of the total amount owed for the services is required 2 weeks before the event.
The other half of the amount is due when we arrive to serve the event. Gratuities and taxes will be included in your total.

 

Who will help plan my event?

Our Executive Chef or one of our Event Consultants will discuss your needs, 
and help you choose the perfect menu and plan your function.

 

Do you provide Bartending Services?

Yes, Bartending Services are available. Bartenders will be charged out at an hourly rate. There is a 4 hour minimum charge.
**Please Note: All Liquor, Mixes and appropriate Licenses are the responsibility of Client.  

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of contracted services will be subject to loss of deposit equaling a percentage of the estimated final invoice. The percentage is based on the time difference between notification of cancellation and the actual event date.
