Our History
Cass-Lynn Catering began in 1983 as the vision of Cass Specht.

Subsequently, Glenn Kelly joined forces with Specht and brought along his extensive culinary expertise as a former hotel chef who worked in renowned establishments across Manitoba and around the globe.

Over the years, we’ve proudly catered countless events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions. Our journey includes wedding receptions, movie production catering, corporate events, graduations, and more—all across Manitoba.

At Cass-Lynn Catering, our history is built on a foundation of family, partnership, tradition, and a passion for serving delicious food with a personal touch.
